　　西宁市、海东市人力资源社会保障局、省直有关部门，各有关单位：

　　根据人力资源和社会保障部《关于20xx年度全国职称外语等级考试成绩有关问题的通知》(人社厅发〔20xx〕78号)规定，20xx年度职称外语考试各语种、类别、级别考试成绩的'全国通用标准为60分。根据《关于完善职称外语考试有关问题的通知》(国人部发〔20xx〕37号)精神，结合青海实际，经研究，确定20xx年度职称外语考试各语种、类别、级别省内合格标准为45分。

　　职称外语合格证书由西宁市、海东市人力资源社会保障局和各相关厅局人事处统一组织办理，办理时间为7月20——9月30日。

　　办理省内合格证书时，须提供考生本人准考证原件、身份证原件或复印件、一张近期小二寸免冠照片。
