  1.协调采购、供应商及研发满足项目SOP进度,物料成本目标,确保项目需求与产品策略的一致性;

  2.在SOP前的日常管理项目相关的物料及服务(时间、成本与质量);

  3.管理在iPEP 流程MS5前相关放行工作;

  4.确保物料在批量生产前有效满足需求;

  5.协助项目采购经理数据分析及报告提供;

  6.作为项目采购的对应联系窗口;

  7.领导安排的其他工作

项目采购员的主要职责 篇2

  主要职责:

  1、负责工程项目合同实施期间各类资料的整理、收发、编制;

  2、负责上述各类资料与公司内部各部门、现场监理、总包、业主方的对接与协调;

  3、现场临时物资的采购工作,配合总部采购人员进行当地材料的询价对比工作;

  4、跟进现场各类材料及工程进度,各类资料的保存与移交,现场文职工作处理;

  Supporting material planners and SQE in handling withsupplier at the escalation level stage.

  In line with the company strategy and Purchasing departmenttarget, implement various activities and the negotiation with thesuppliers.

  Suggest to improvement to the purchasing department aswell the supplier site.

  Fully support sourcing supervisor in new project anddo some projects independent.

  Must criteria

  With minimum 3 years working experience in automotiveindustry as sourcing position or SQE

  Can fluent English speaking and writing

  Familiar with SAP system in connection with Purchasingfunction, or other ERP system

  Strong skill in communication, team work, problemsolving, decision making, executive, taking responsibility.
