　　Yangshuo, a county within the prefecture of Guilin, is situated to the south of the city. It is often said that 'the hills and rivers of Guilin are the best, while Yangshuo is the best of Guilin'. The county therefore is often listed in itineraries for travelers to Guilin.

　　Last week, my parents went to Guilin to visit their fris, so I have the chance to go to Guilin with them. I felt so excited, I had heard about Guilin many times, people told me that the scenery there was very beautiful.

　　When I arrive there, I could feel the air was different the city I lived, the air there was so fresh. The second day, my parents went to see the scenery, we rent a boat, enjoying the magnificent mountains and clean water.

　　At that moment, I felt I was one member of the Guilin people. People claim that Guilin’s mountain and water rank the first in the world, now I believe. I want to go to visit Guilin again.

　　I had a wonderful trip to Guilin with my parents this summer holiday. It is a small city in the northeast of Guangxi. It has more than 2,000 year’s history and the whole city is about 27,800 square kilometers. There are green mountains, clear waters, unique caves and beautiful stones there. The most famous tourist attractions are elephant trunk hill, Li River, reed flute cave and Seven-star Park. Elephant trunk hill is the symbol of the city. It is really a fantastic hill. It looks like a huge elephant drinking water by the Li River!

　　Ask your parents to bring you to Guilin next time. You can go there by air, by train or by bus and get around on free buses in the city. If you go, I can go with you. I would like to visit it again! I am sure we will have a great time there.
